Kimberly Ballish has joined A & G Dermatology’s family as our Licensed Medical Aesthetician. She grew up in Ohio, and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. Her background includes Sociology and Advertising. While in corporate America, she decided to pursue her life-long passion of skin care. After completing her education in aesthetics and obtaining her license from Pivot Point International, Kim joined a spa in the Gold Coast of Chicago. She also worked with a physician who augmented her training and expertise in all aspects of clinical aesthetics including microdermabrasion, tattoo removal, chemical peels, laser hair removal, as well as other laser procedures, and LED phototherapy for skin pigmentation and rejuvenation. Kim has participated in pre and post operative skin care procedures for many patients who are undergoing more extensive cosmetic and MOHS surgery procedures.
Kim is very outgoing and driven by her passion for beautiful and healthy skin, who truly enjoys what she does. She continually updates her knowledge regarding the latest in procedures, technologies, therapies, education, and specialty products available to enhance her patient’s satisfaction with their results. Kim has a wealth of practical knowledge to assist you regarding healthy skin care. She attends many classes, conferences, and symposia to expand her knowledge of skin care and will work with the dermatologists at A & G to assist in providing the best treatment options for all complexions. She is looking forward to meeting new and returning aesthetic patients! All of her patients are treated and cared for in our professional, medical spa-suite within the dermatology office.

Micro-dermabrasion with Facial: $160
Our unique procedure uses specially formulated baking soda crystals that are propelled a high velocity across the surface of your skin to efficiently and gently abrade the outer surface. This stimulates cell renewal and collagen production. This process helps in repairing sun damage, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, reducing the pore size appearance, improve skin tone and texture, acne blemishes and acne -related superficial scarring. This is then followed by a relaxing facial treatment.

Blu-U blue light Acne Facial: $ 90
A one hour deep cleansing facial that is customized to your individual needs, to help purge and rid the skin follicles of impurities. An acne enzyme may be used to exfoliate and prep the skin for extractions. A deep cleansing mask is applied to kill acne causing bacteria. Not intended for pregnent or nursing mothers.
Mini-Facial: $55
A 30 minute faacial that expel impurites and exfoliates dead cells. A customized mask and emollient layer tightens, hydrates, and fortifies your rejuvinated complexion . There are no follicle [pore] extractions with this session.
Healthy Oxygen Facial: $160
This glorious facial is designed to target fine-lines, tire-looking skind and subtle blotchy hyperpigmentation. A new layer of youth is revealed by this AHA {alpha-hydroxy acid}. Exceptional results can be achieved from the combined intensity of a chemical peel, hyaluronic acid, and topical pure oxygen treatment that are applies to the surface of your complexion. Not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers.
THE Pregnancy Facial : $75
A facial complexion treatment designed to unplug oily pores that can assist in minimizing the severity of the hormonally driven acne breakouts that are a pregnancy rite-of-passage for many moms to-to-be. This a safe way to deep cleanse and relax in a spa-like atmosphere.
Back 'Facial': $ 85
This treatment helps to clear up your back with this 45 minute treatment to deep cleanse, exfoliate, and extract clogged pores on the back. A salicylic acid treatment is applied to kill acne causing bacteria in the deep pores of the skin.

THE EL peel {eyelids and lips}, Salicylic, Jessner, Glycolic peels are available. These patient friendly peels can have a wonderful and gentle positive influences on many of the frustrations that can arise from fine lines, acne, sun-damage and aging effects on the complexion. These can be used independently or in conjuction with other esthetic treaments and specialty dispensary products available in our office. A consultation must be given to ensure a safe and customized treatment. Each treatment plan is done on individual basis.
